I offer an open-ended counselling service, which means there are no limits to the number of sessions we could work together.

How long are the sessions?

The sessions will last 50 minutes. The time is there for you to discuss and explore any issues which have brought you to counselling.

Please note that if you are late to a counselling session, then a full 50 minute session will not be offered. Whatever time is left until we normally finish, will be the duration of that counselling session.

Will the sessions be at the same time each week?

Yes, the aim is to have the sessions at the same time and location every week. However, there is room for flexibility if notice is given.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel a session, I would please ask that you notify me at least 24 hours before our session is due to occur. If you cancel less than 24 hours before our session, then you will be charged the full amount for that session.

If I need to cancel a session, I will also aim to do this at least 24 hours prior to our session together.

If you cancel or do not turn up for 3 or more sessions in a given three month period, then I will need to terminate our counselling contract, and we will no longer work together.

If you do not attend two sessions in a row without giving any notice, then I will need to terminate our counselling contract, and we will no longer work together.
